
為深入落實集團(tuan)公(gong)司“能力提升(sheng)年”工作(zuo)部署,太陽能公司“三不減四提高(gao)”目標要求(qiu),近日(ri),太(tai)陽能華(hua)北(bei)區汾陽電站(zhan)利用青島電站(zhan)研發的(de)通訊(xun)測試儀,自(zi)主開展電站(zhan)匯流箱通訊(xun)故障(zhang)點(dian)排查與(yu)維修工作,助力運維提質增效。
汾(fen)陽電站(zhan)于2014年12月開始并網發電,近年通訊故障情(qing)況逐漸增多,給運維(wei)工(gong)作帶來挑戰(zhan)。由(you)于汾(fen)陽電站匯流(liu)箱采用Modbus通訊(xun)(xun)協(xie)議方式進行(xing)(xing)通訊(xun)(xun)數據交(jiao)換,使(shi)用普通萬用表測量(liang)電壓方式很難判(pan)斷(duan)故障(zhang)(zhang)。汾(fen)陽電站(zhan)利用華北區自主(zhu)研(yan)發的通訊(xun)(xun)測試儀對(dui)光伏區所有匯(hui)流箱(xiang)通訊(xun)(xun)進行(xing)(xing)故障(zhang)(zhang)點排查,針(zhen)對(dui)排查出的故障(zhang)(zhang)點情況(kuang),而(er)后對(dui)通訊測試儀程序、虛(xu)擬模擬程序重新進行了編程調試,使其能夠更好地(di)快速識(shi)別(bie)判斷(duan),為接下來匯流箱故障排查(cha)維修起到了事半功(gong)倍的(de)效果。
通過對光伏場區650個(ge)匯流箱(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)進(jin)行(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)排查,發現主要故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)為監(jian)控模(mo)塊的穩壓電(dian)源故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、供電(dian)電(dian)源模(mo)塊故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、485通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)線中斷及通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)管(guan)(guan)理(li)機規約(yue)板(ban)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點共(gong)計300多處。電(dian)站運維人員(yuan)對(dui)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)的監(jian)控模(mo)塊進(jin)行(xing)安裝調(diao)試,同時(shi)利用RCS9798組態工具實時(shi)監(jian)控匯流箱(xiang)報文情況,調(diao)整規約(yue)板(ban)串口,確保修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)后的匯流箱(xiang)均保持(chi)正常通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun);針對(dui)光伏場區485通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)線中斷情況,運維人員(yuan)重新(xin)對(dui)485通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)線進(jin)行(xing)布局(ju),對(dui)中斷線路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu),保障(zhang)(zhang)線路(lu)不(bu)受(shou)農機設備影響;針對(dui)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)管(guan)(guan)理(li)機本體故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),由第三方(fang)維修(xiu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)管(guan)(guan)理(li)機規約(yue)板(ban)卡。目前電(dian)站50兆瓦的匯流箱(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)已全部恢復(fu)(fu)正常通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)訊(xun)。
通過此次自主(zhu)維修工作,相關運維人員可以熟練操作改良后(hou)的通訊測試(shi)儀,并具備(bei)匯流箱(xiang)故(gu)障自主判斷及處理能(neng)力,相較于設備(bei)廠家換新,可節約(yue)費用近(jin)50萬元。
