自我(wo)國(guo)提出(chu)爭取(qu)在2030年前實現碳(tan)達峰、2060年前實現碳(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)和的(de)目標以來，我(wo)國(guo)碳(tan)達峰碳(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)和工作穩步有序(xu)推進，在頂層設計和政策執行等層面都取(qu)得了積極成效。作為(wei)以節能環保為(wei)主業的(de)央企，面對我(wo)國(guo)實現碳(tan)達峰碳(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)和時間短、任務重的(de)壓力(li)，中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)節能該(gai)如(ru)何(he)發力(li)？

“切實做好碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)，既要注重頂(ding)(ding)層(ceng)設計，不(bu)遺余力地(di)開展實施路徑研究，更(geng)要與(yu)先(xian)行(xing)先(xian)試相(xiang)結合(he)，發揮企業(ye)(ye)示范引(yin)領(ling)作(zuo)(zuo)用。”全國(guo)(guo)(guo)政協委(wei)員，中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)節(jie)(jie)能環保集團有限公司(si)黨委(wei)書記、董事長宋鑫介紹說，2021年，中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)節(jie)(jie)能在大力開展全集團碳(tan)(tan)(tan)核查，摸清碳(tan)(tan)(tan)資產(chan)家底的基礎上，經反(fan)復科學(xue)論證，編制發布了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)節(jie)(jie)能碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)行(xing)動方案，確定了“1+3+3”碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)戰略部署，提出(chu)了符合(he)實際、切實可(ke)行(xing)的企業(ye)(ye)自身碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)時間表、路線圖、施工(gong)圖。同時構建碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)事業(ye)(ye)部、碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)研究院(yuan)兩級組(zu)織體(ti)系，積極參與(yu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰(feng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)頂(ding)(ding)層(ceng)設計。

在(zai)“雙碳(tan)(tan)(tan)”實(shi)踐道路(lu)上，中國(guo)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)始終不(bu)斷地進(jin)行積極探索，并主(zhu)動將自身發展與國(guo)家碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達(da)峰碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中和目標(biao)實(shi)現緊密結合。截(jie)至目前，中國(guo)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)累計實(shi)施節(jie)能(neng)(neng)環保和清潔能(neng)(neng)源項目超(chao)過4000個，企業主(zhu)業發展和減(jian)(jian)排降碳(tan)(tan)(tan)實(shi)現了(le)“雙促(cu)進(jin)”，其中綠色電(dian)力裝機容量達(da)1443.6萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦，同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)12.5%；發電(dian)量236.7億千(qian)瓦時，同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)33.2%，相當(dang)于減(jian)(jian)排二氧化(hua)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)1802.4萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)，節(jie)約(yue)標(biao)煤(mei)723萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)；處理(li)固體廢(fei)棄物2129.8萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)，同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)46.2%，固廢(fei)日處理(li)能(neng)(neng)力達(da)到10.4萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)，繼續位居行業第一陣營；制(zhi)水(shui)及(ji)處理(li)污水(shui)32.3億噸(dun)(dun)，同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)82.6%，COD累計消減(jian)(jian)量45.8萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)，同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)115%，持續為社會(hui)減(jian)(jian)排降碳(tan)(tan)(tan)作出積極貢獻。

道(dao)阻(zu)且長，行(xing)則將(jiang)至(zhi)。宋鑫透露，下一步中國節(jie)能將(jiang)分(fen)三個階段，從產業發展、技(ji)術創新(xin)和(he)(he)自身(shen)減(jian)排三大(da)角度做出(chu)具體工作部署，構建服務國家“雙碳”戰略的(de)業務布局，持(chi)續迭(die)代創新(xin)涉碳技(ji)術產品服務方案，積極引領中低排放(fang)型企業“雙碳”行(xing)動，確保如(ru)期實(shi)現碳達峰碳中和(he)(he)目(mu)標。
